I would say that taylormade are the best golf clubs, but really as a beginner, a cheaper brand might be better. Ping makes really nice clubs, too, but like i said… whatever is in your budget.
As for golfballs, i would have to say that callaways or titelist are the best. but it depends if you are any good or not. you may want to buy a cheap set of balls if you think that you will lose them often.
Here is a new set that will give you all the basic clubs you need

As for golf balls I suggest buying whatever is cheapest at the store. Usually you can find balls for $7 a dozen. You could also buy used golf balls off ebay if your losing a lot.
There is no best, only different. Just go check out your local golf store and you can’t go wrong. Basically, the major golf club manufacturers are adams, callaway, cleavland, titleist, ping, taylormade, cobra, and mizuno. Just tell a salesman you are new and looking for a forgiving set of clubs and they will show you some options. Once you know what you want, it is much cheaper to buy online or used clubs. As far as the ball goes, it honestly doesn’t matter much when you are first starting off. Just go to Walmart and pickup some cheapos, I’d recommend TopFlite D2 distance balls. Good Luck
It’s such a subjective and overasked question. What’s best is what works for you. I play Nike equipment because I like Nike stuff way before they started making golf equipment. It’s just a natural thing for me. If Nike made wing tips, I’d buy them. I have Nike stock. It’s all about the swoosh baby!
wow..sure taylormade one is the best i personally think. like taylormade tour burners irons. but PIng G10 irons is also great one.It depends on your own idea which brand do you prefer.
