Play It Again Sports! I bought a set Ping Eye II irons missing the seven and then picked up a matching seven from EBay.

Web sites like Golfsmith.com and Golfworks.com are good sites if you don’t want used clubs that may be in poor condition. They also have reconditioned clubs available.
If assembling the clubs yourself is an option you’d consider, you can build a set for about half the cost. Instructions are offered at these and other sites. I did my irons 2 years ago, and I’ve just completed a set of woods for the coming season.

I would suggest if you have a golfsmith or any golf store near you, that is best. They have trade-ins, usually in good or refurbished condition, and will let you try them out before buying.
Also check your area for golf shows.
And sometimes the best thing is to watch for companies that are producing a new club series. The ones already for sale usually go for a steep discount, even in new condition.
Here you are my friend, welcome to the wonderful world of Ebay!
