TGW, Edwin Watts, Golf Galaxy & Rock Bottom Golf are 4 that come to mind.
I’ve ordered online before, but I now prefer to go to an actual proshop or golf store so I can actually hold the clubs and hit them. They can also fit you for the club.
Edit: If you try eBay, beware because there are some counterfeit clubs floating around. I believe they have a guide on their site that will give you the warning signs.

Always check eBay. There are a lot of on-line retailers that have stores on eBay. Most of them have a "make an offer" choice. This could save you hundreds of dollars. Always remember after you use the club once it used too. So, why not buy someones perfectly good used club if it is still in good repair.

Beware of cheap fakes being sold on E bay, they are very good copies. They are crap for your golf !
For new equipment:
GolfGalaxy.com, TGW.com, golfsmith.com
If you are on budget: RockBottomGolf.com, globalgolf.com
For used equipment: globalgolf.com , callawaypreowned.com ebay.com
